Your privacy

This page explains what information TechVault Pulse Lab collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.

What we collect

We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.

Purposes

Everything you send is used to deal with your enquiry and nothing else. No profiling, no automated decisions, no passing your address around.

1,700 m

Local storage

We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.

2,200 m

Who else sees your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.

2,700 m

Storage periods

We keep your messages while the conversation is live and delete them when it is over, unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.

3,200 m

Your rights

You can ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@techvaultpulselab.com and we will act on it promptly after confirming it is really you asking.

Keeping it safe

Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.
